well some months back i applied for a job at the up coming Apple store that is currently under construction in George St Sydney and on Friday I received an email from Future Step asking if i would like to go through with the job application process. So it seems that this store will be up and running very shortly! which could also correlate to the iPhone's release here!! it also gave me the option to apply for a position in the Melbourne store so it looks like both of them will be up and running very shortly! YAY!!

thats awesome news. i applied for the melbourne store this morning so hopefully i get something back soon. i know im only nearly 17 but...i dont have to tell them that till the interview lol. id be happy to just be a cashier there.

They were installing more glass last night as i walked past the soon to be sydney store. I asked a few construction workers to tell me when the store would be open but they declined to comment.
they have some serious security there, like 3-5 guys standing around the ground area just keeping an eye on the crowds....
haha thats funny. was at chadstone yesterday near where the apple store is gonna be...doors were opened but there were 2 massive guards blocking it.
must not be long until they both open. asked my dads friend at apple and he said he had been talking to the international project manager and that if there are no problems in construction they should both be open some time this month =D
hope iphone will be released at the same time.
